Quitting at age 30 reduces the chance of dying from smoking-related diseases by 90 percent- Quitting smoking by age 30 or less can reduce 90 percent chances of dying from diseases that are related to smoking. But to quit smoking is not easy for smokers. In spite of the fact that smoking can cause serious health risks but there are very less people who quit smoking. Smoking can cause serious diseases mainly cancer and heart attack. Lung cancer is fatal disease that is caused mainly by smoking.
